As a Founding Director James brings extensive experience of venture development across the Sustainable Ventures group, most notably as Managing Director of the Sustainable Home Survey Company.
James has five years experience in technology and sustainability start-ups having first co-founded the Green Light Distrikt, an international network for young entrepreneurs and innovators in cleantech.
Named a Future Leader by the UK-Green Building Council in 2013, James has in 2015 been appointed a Commissioner for the London Sustainable Development Commission. James holds an MSc in International Technology Management from the University of Warwick..
Andrew recently achieved the world’s first equity Crowdfunding exit on Crowdcube and previously has developed 15 venture attracting over £250m of investment to date.
Andrew has over 15 years’ experience in the energy and climate change sector and is currently a Trustee of the National Energy Foundation.
He holds a first-class MEng in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University where he won the Fox Prize.
Prior to running operations Lee-Ann had a distinguished 23 year career in the United States Air Force Lee-Ann. Completing tours in both Gulf Wars and retiring with the rank of Colonel.
More recently she successfully completed an MSc in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School and an MA from SOAS, University of London. She additionally holds a BSc Electrical Engineering and an Master of Aerospace Science.
